How to become staff

If you are interested in becoming a security member on the website, forum, or game, there is a process you need to follow. I want to ensure that all staff members are dedicated, responsible, and have the right experience to help manage and improve my group. Follow these steps to apply for a security position:

Step 1: Go to the "General Assistance" button

The first step in applying to become a staff member is to go to the "General Assistance" button. This is where applications are submitted so I can review them properly. By keeping all applications in one place, I can manage them more efficiently and ensure that no applications get overlooked.

Step 2: Create a Google Document for Your Application

To apply, you must create a Google Doc that includes detailed information about why I should hire you. This document should be well-organized and professional. Be sure to include the following:

• Your Name and Contact Information – So I can reach out if I need more details.
• Why You Want to Be a Security Member – Explain why you are interested in the role and what motivates you to help manage my platform.
• Your Experience – List any past experience you have in moderation, administration, customer support, or similar roles.
• Your Skills – Include any relevant skills, such as conflict resolution, problem-solving, coding, or community management.
• Your Availability – Let me know how often you can be active and contribute to the platform.
• Anything Else You Want to Add – Include any relevant skills, such as conflict resolution, problem-solving, coding, or community management.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Once you have completed your Google Doc, submit it in the "General Assistance" section along with a short message introducing yourself. Be sure to include a shareable link to your Google Doc so I can access it easily.

• Must be these (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). Always make a public view link so the application can be read.

Step 4: Wait for a Response

After submitting your application, be patient while I review it. I may reach out with additional questions or request an interview to learn more about you. If your application is strong and you seem like a good fit, I will let you know about the next steps in joining my security team.
