Step 1: Navigate to the "General Assistance" Button
Go to the "General Assistance" button. This is the designated area for submitting bug reports and getting help with technical issues. Keeping all reports in one place helps me track and address them efficiently.
Step 2: Provide a Clear Description of the Glitch
When reporting a glitch, be as detailed as possible to help me understand and replicate the issue. Your report should include:
A brief summary of the problem – A quick explanation of what the glitch is.
Step-by-step description – Describe what you were doing when the glitch occurred. If possible, list the exact steps leading up to the issue.
Expected vs. actual behavior – Explain what should have happened and what actually happened instead.
Any error messages – If an error message appeared, include the exact wording or a screenshot.
Screenshots or videos – Visual evidence is extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. If possible, attach screenshots or record a short video showing the issue in action.
Step 3: Include System Information (if relevant)
Some glitches might be specific to certain devices, operating systems, or browsers. If you think this is relevant, include:
Device type (PC, Mac, mobile phone, etc.).
Operating system & version (Windows 10, macOS Ventura, etc.).
Browser & version (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.), if applicable.
